The order is considered firm and final upon payment validation. Calinéa reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, obvious pricing error, or stock outage, in which case the customer will be fully refunded.
The prices displayed on chezcalinea.fr are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
Payments are secured via our authorized partners Stripe and PayPal. No banking data is stored on our servers.
Calinéa reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of order validation.
We deliver to the following countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Canada.
Estimated delivery times are 6 to 12 business days from order confirmation. These times are given as an indication and may vary depending on carriers, busy periods, or logistical incidents beyond our control.
Calinéa cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs services, or any other external factor.
Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at the time of ordering, before payment validation.
⚠️ Parcels marked as delivered by the carrier are considered received. In case of a problem, contact us within 7 days of the indicated delivery date.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
To exercise this right, contact us at contact@chezcalinea.fr within this period. Return costs in the context of the legal right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days following the receipt of the returned product in good condition.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
